Who We Are
The Citrus Heights Health Center is a new addition to the Masonic Homes campus in Covina, California. Located on several acres in the heart of Covina, the Masonic Homes has been serving the Covina community for more than 100 years. The Citrus Heights Health Center is its most recent development, designed to serve Southern California with high-quality, short-term rehabilitative and skilled nursing care. Our core customer service pillars guide us to value the safety and well-being of residents and clients. We are guided by the charitable mission of the Masons of California, a nonprofit fraternal organization, to provide service and care to the communities we live in.
